How Can I Calculate our Budget?
With all mortgages you will need to provide evidence of your income, your outgoings, and what your approximate monthly budget will be. We will then check with over 100 lenders how much they will lend you, quickly establishing your budget. Whether to stay with your current lender, move to a new lender, utilise a new scheme or product option - that's what we will do for you.
Should I Just Approach my Current Lender Directly?
By approaching 1 lender directly, you only get 1 opinion on your budget, your options and costs. At EHF Mortgages, we have access to around 125 different lenders, over 98% of all the UK Lenders. We normally provide the same products and use the same policy as your lender, PLUS the rest of the mortgage market. And you tap into our many years of experience of home buying too.
