As a Directly Authorised Mortgage Brokers, we have the opportunity to work with almost every UK mortgage lender, giving us access to High Street lenders such as Barclays, Nationwide, and other leading providers, as well as the smaller Regional Building Societies and Specialist lenders you may not recognise. The widest choice gives our clients the best possible options.

Our fees are typically low, and only payable on Offer, nothing is normally paid upfront. We will agree the cost with you before we start any work.

You could speak to many of the High Street lenders directly if you want, however their range of potential deals and options will be limited to their own range. With EHF Mortgages we would normally have the same range of products plus the rest of the market to consider, ensuring you always have the cheapest product for your situation.

Depending on the type of application, as well as our clients' individual situation. Typically we will need evidence of income, bank statements to show your expenditure, details of the deposit you will be using, and some form of ID. We will provide you with a Secure Portal to upload any documents we require, rather than sending via email.

Many of our clients prefer the ease of online meetings or discussing by telephone, and if you live nearby our main office, we would be delighted to welcome you to our offices in Chelmsford.. We can accommodate whatever is easier for you.
